Chennai, 29 Oct 2026: North Western Railway has notified for the temporary augmentation of the following trains to clear the extra rush of passengers as detailed below:
1. Train No. 22497 /22498 Shri Ganga nagar – Tiruchchirap palli – Shri Ganga nagar Humsafar Express will be tempo rarily augmented with One AC Three Tier Coach Ex. Shri Ganga nagar from 02nd November to 30th November, 2026 (on Mondays) and Ex. Tiruchchirappalli from 06th November to 04th December, 2026 (on Fridays). The revised compo sition after the augmen tation will be 17- AC Three Tier Coaches, 2- Luggage cum Brake Vans & 1-Pantry Car
2. Train No. 20481 /20482 Jodhpur – Tiru chchirappalli – Jodhpur Humsafar Express will be temporarily augmented with One Sleeper Class Coach Ex. Jodhpur from 04th November to 25th November, 2026 (on Wednesdays) and Ex. Tiruchchirappalli from 07th November to 28th November, 2026 (on Saturdays). The revised composition after the augmen tation will be 16- AC Three Tier Coaches, 2-Sleeper Class Coaches, 2- Luggage cum Brake Vans & 1- Pantry Car.
