R. V. Gurulal, a 2nd Year B.Sc. Defence & Strategic Studies student of SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST), Kattankulathur Campus, recently represented India at the 3rd Asian Open Schools Invitational Swimming Meet held at Assumption University, Bangkok.
Gurulal delivered an outstanding performance, securing 7 medals across various events: Gold in the 50m Freestyle and 25m Freestyle; Silver in the 25m Butterfly and 50m Backstroke; and Bronze in the 50m Butterfly, 25m Backstroke and 4 × 50m Freestyle Relay.
