- Safety & Law Enforcement First: You are a Citizen Reporter, NOT a police officer. You possess no authority to stop vehicles, issue fines, or direct traffic. Always pull over safely to a halt before filming or photographing road conditions.
- Professionalism & Objectivity: Treat all commuters and on-duty traffic police officers with utmost respect. Reports must be 100% factual and neutral.
- Zero Misuse of Credentials: Your ID card is strictly for identification as a volunteer media contributor. Any attempt to use this card to evade traffic fines or demand illegal favors will result in immediate termination, public blacklisting on our portal, and referral to law enforcement.
