THIRUVANANTHAPURAM – 2 Nov, 2026 Lok Sabha Speaker Shri Om Birla will inaugurate the Conference of Chairpersons of Public Accounts Committees (PACs) of Parliament of India and State/UT Legislatures at Thiruvananthapuram, Keralam, on Tuesday, 3 November 2026.
The inaugural session will be graced by the Chief Minister of Keralam, Shri V. D. Satheesan; Deputy Chairman, Rajya Sabha, Shri Harivansh; Speaker, Keralam Legislative Assembly, Shri Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan; and Chairperson, Public Accounts Committee of the Keralam Legislative Assembly, Shri K. N. Balagopal, who will also address the gathering.
Chairperson, Public Accounts Committee of Parliament, Shri K. C. Venugopal, will deliver the Welcome Address, while Deputy Speaker, Keralam Legislative Assembly, Smt. Shanimol Usman, will propose the Vote of Thanks. Chairpersons and Members of Public Accounts Committees of Parliament and State/UT Legislatures, along with other distinguished dignitaries, will participate in the Conference.
