MADURAI – 1 Nov, 2026 Fixed Time Corridor Block for various safety and maintenance work has been approved in Madurai & Tiruchchirappalli Divisions for the month of November, 2026 hence the following changes have been made in the pattern of train services:
Train No. 16128 Guruvayur – Chennai Egmore Express scheduled to leave Guruvayur at 23.15 hrs on 01st, 03rd, 06th, 10th, 12th, 15th, 17th, 19th, 22nd, 24th, 26th, 29th November & 01st December, 2026 will be diverted to run via Virudunagar, Manamadurai, Karaikkudi and Tiruchchirappalli skipping stoppages at Madurai, Sholavandan, Kodaikanal Road, Dindigul and Manapparai. Additional stoppages will be provided at Aruppukkottai, Manamadurai, Sivaganga, Karaikkudi and Pudukkottai
Train No. 16321 Nagercoil – Coimbatore Express scheduled to leave Nagercoil at 08.00 hrs on 02nd, 04th, 11th, 13th, 16th, 18th, 20th, 23rd November, 2026 will be diverted to run via Virudunagar, Manamadurai, Karaikkudi, Tiruchchirappalli & Karur skipping stoppages at Tirumangalam, Tirupparankundram, Madurai, Sholavandan, Kodaikanal Road, Ambaturai, Dindigul, Eriodu and Palaiyam . Additional stoppages will be provided at Aruppukkottai, Manamadurai, Sivaganga, Karaikkudi, Pudukkottai & Tiruchchirappalli
Rescheduling of Train Services:
Train No. 16127 Chennai Egmore – Guruvayur Express scheduled to leave Chennai Egmore at 10.40 hrs on 02nd, 04th & 07th, 11th, 14th November, 2026 will be rescheduled to leave Tambaram at 12.10 hrs (Late by 1 hour)
Train No. 17656 Puducherry – Kakinada Port Circar Express, scheduled to leave Puducherry at 13.30 hrs on 02nd & 07th, 14th November, 2026 will be rescheduled to leave Puducherry at 14.15 hrs (late by 45 mins).
Train No. 22676 Tiruchchirappalli – Chennai Egmore Cholan Superfast Express, scheduled to leave Tiruchchirappalli at 12.10 hrs on 03rd &10th November, 2026 will be rescheduled to leave Tiruchchirappalli at 12.35 hrs (Late by 25 mins)
Regulation of Train Services:
Train No. 20498 Firozpur Cantt – Rameswaram Superfast Humsafar Express, that left Firozpur Cantt at 05.55 hrs on 31st October, 2026 will be regulated for 2 hours at a convenient location en route.
Train No. 17077 Charlapalli – Tiruchchirappalli Express scheduled to leave Charlapalli at 17.20 hrs on 03rd, 10th November, 2026 will be regulated for 30 minutes at a convenient location en route.
Train No. 22673 Jodhpur – Mannargudi Express, scheduled to leave Jodhpur at 16.50 hrs on 05th, 12th November, 2026 will be regulated for 2 hours at a convenient location en route.
Train No. 07535 Charlapalli – Nagercoil Special, scheduled to leave Charlapalli at 19.45 hrs on 06th, 13th November, 2026 will be regulated for 1 hour 40 minutes at a convenient location en route.
