I am only a beginner in this field of Powerlifting and has a long way to continue, but in thirst of attaining bigger heights. In my opinion all achievements in life has came from dedication, hard work, inspiration and motivation along with focus and commitment. Apart to all, the big support from my family is also an essential key to my achievements.

Being healthful means having the strength and energy, realizing my goals each day with the ability to recover from day to day. The challenges may vary according to the goals but they always are designed to make me happy. Eating well, sleeping, training, and laughing and interacting with people are my favorite ways to relax and combat stress.

I think the one among the challenges for any strength athlete is having a balance in their training which allows them to push themselves to new strength levels by avoiding injury.

Q: What do you think of the sport of Powerlifting and those who supported you in general? What is the goal you have set ?

The sport of Powerlifting is awesome for all athletes male or female to be involved in at some point of their lives. I am thankful to lots of people who have been there to help me in some way or another for attaining these several accolades within this short span including selection for World & Asian Championships. Holding the Tri-Colour Flag in Victory stand of the International Championship is the goal I have set at this stage.

Q: What would you say to a novice lifter or to a lifter whose just starting out in Powerlifting?

My advice to all the youngsters is that dedication is required to achieve the Goal. Give effort to achieve strength and also concentrate with correct techniques and styles of the game. Winning & Losing is Destiny, but breaking Destiny to create History is in our hands.
